    摘要: 湄公河三角洲是越南第三大工業區, 僅次於Hồ Chí Minh的大都市區和Hà Nội.。建築業是該地區蓬勃發展的行業之一。地區繁榮的一個主要推動力是增加公共和私人對基礎設施的投資, 包括新道路、橋樑、港口和發電廠。另一個因素是房地產行業, 它引領著新的商業中心、辦公樓和住房專案的發展。然而, 建築業是最危險的產業之一,有許多建築損傷和事故發生,這意味著是財政和人力的損失。
    本研究旨在評估越南湄公河三角洲的建築安全性能。首先, 確定了研究問題, 並將研究的問題和研究的目標作為確定並研究解決問題的方向。其次, 通過文獻綜述, 編制差異安全績效指標。在工作于建築地盤的人士當中,對其進行直接訪問, 以確定這些指標的相對重要性。通過 SPSS (Statistical package for Social Science) 軟體, 通過Cronbach’s alpha coefficient和Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA)對問卷的信度和效度進行測試, 收集、整合和使用了237條資料。在應用該方程進行實例研究之前, 應利用分析資料對基於文獻的 SPI (Safety Performance Index) 方程進行計算。
    已得出20項影響湄公河三角洲建築安全性能的因素。對三種建設項目方面的安全性能進行了評價, 並對 SPI 方程進行了測試。總的來說, 所有的項目都在安全性能方面得到了高度提升。
    ;Mekong Delta is the third largest industrial region in Vietnam after the metropolitan areas of Hồ Chí Minh City and Hà Nội. Construction is one of the industry sectors which are booming in this region. One major driver of the growth is increased public and private investment in infrastructure, including new roads, bridges, ports and power plants. Another driver is the real estate sector, which is leading the development of new commercial centers, office buildings and housing projects. However, construction is one of the most dangerous industries. Many constructional injuries and accidents have occurred and caused losses of finance and human lifes.
    This study aims at evaluating construction safety performance of Mekong Delta in Vietnam. Firstly, a research problem was determined, and then research objectives and research questions were recognized to be the target of solving determined research problem. Then, through a comprehensive literature review, the differences of safety performance indicators were compiled. Direct interviews with people on construction sites were conducted to identify the relative importance of these indicators. 237 interview results were collected, organized and used for testing reliability of scale and validity of questionnaire through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method by SPSS (Statistical package for Social Science) software. Analyzed data was used for applying SPI (Safety Performance Index) equation based on literature and then a case study was performed by using this equation.
    20 factors were identified that would affect construction safety performance in Mekong Delta. An evaluation of safety performance of three construction projects using the SPI equation were conducted. Generally, all the projects were assessed with high safety performance and the results correspond with the actual situations of the projects on sites, which proves the capability of the SPI equation for assessing safety performance of construction sites in Mekong Delta.
