存貨管理是企業經營中不可或缺的核心活動,對於大部分的企業與其供應鏈而言,要能夠成功作業,良好的存貨管理是不可或缺的。本篇論文以飛機引擎零件維修產業為背景,探討長交期物料採購決策之決定流程。研究內容將使用經濟訂購量(EOQ)、定量訂購模式(ROP)以及定期訂購模式(FOI)等交互探討,分別測試不同的採購策略,找出對生產系統與管理績效衝擊最小的採購模式。物料管理人員未來可以依此模式,能快速且正確的決定再訂購點與訂購量,滿足顧客服務水準,減少缺貨風險,並降低存貨成本及物料採購成本。;Inventory control is one of the most important management issue in enterprise. For most enterprise and the supply chain, the sufficient inventory control is the must to achieve success. This paper focus on the airplane engine component MRO (Maintain, Repair and Overhaul) industry, study the long lead time material purchase strategy. The research included the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model, Re-Order Point (ROP) model and Fixed Order Interval (FOI) model to select the purchase strategy which cause the minimum impact to production system and management efficiency. The warehouse employee can follow the methodology to decide which purchase strategy is best for the long lead time material.
