    Abstract: 提出一種實現均勻矩形光型之全内反射(Total internal reflection,TIR)二次透鏡設計方式,使用光學模擬軟體 TracePro進行TIR透鏡結構建立、光線追跡模擬、結果分析及結構參數的優化。本論文設計出20度至100度配光角度的均勻矩形光型之TIR透鏡,在光源拼接上與傳統圓對稱光斑之TIR透鏡做比較,光源拼接時會產生光源中心區、暗區與重疊區,這些區域彼此之間光強度相差過大,會使整體照度均勻度不佳。本論文所提出的矩形光斑之TIR透鏡使均勻度提升從84.3%至88.8%,且能有效縮小光源拼接時不同區域彼此之間光強度的相差值。;A secondary total internal reflection(TIR) lens design method for implementation uniform rectangular illumination. In this study, we use the software, TracePro, to establish the TIR lens structural model, simulating ray trace, analyzing the optical results, and optimizing the TIR lens structural parameters. We design 20 degree to 100 degree candela distribution of uniform rectangular illumination of TIR lens. In source light splice research, we compare the traditional TIR lens with circular illumination. Because of the pattern overlapping issue, the surface has huge illuminance contrast between the light source center, the gap in coverage and overlap area, which makes the illumination uniform uneven. In the result, the illumination uniform of our design is increased by 84.3% to 88.8%. In the source light splice, our design also decrease the difference illuminance between the light source center, the gap in coverage and overlap area.
