提高太陽能電池的效率是太陽能電池片成本降低與廠商生存的關鍵因素,而目前轉換效率高於21%的高效電池片的主流是鈍化發射極背面接觸太陽能電池(Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell,簡稱PERC),也是全球電池片廠商追逐的主要目標;從2015年下半年至2018年新增太陽能電池產能大部分皆為PERC即顯示市場也認可並接受PERC這個項目,我們更預期PERC電池將在2019年成為主流的太陽能電池技術。 在本篇論文中採用個案研究法,以研究者所服務的公司-N公司為研究對象,探討其從創業初期到後期研發出鈍化發射極背面接觸太陽能電池漿料的相關經營策略。研究方法包含觀察、文獻及次級資料的蒐集並搭配 Porter 五力分析模型和 SWOT 分析模型等理論,找出N公司在競爭激烈的產業環境中,其經營管理及發展策略之關鍵生存因素為何? 最後,由分析的結果我們得到 N公司能維持其生存的關鍵因素為「強勢主動的銷售策略」及「提升研發、技術服務人力 」等二項,故N公司目前應採取積極的市場策略,提高市場占有率,將現有成熟技術的效益最大化。;High efficiency silicon solar cell is the key factor of lowing cost and survival for cell manufacturers. Recently, the main technology for solar cells to achieve higher than 21% conversion efficiency is Passivated-Emitter-and-Rear-Cell(PERC)and it is also the main target pursued by global solar cell manufacturers. Most of the new solar cell production capacities built from the second half of 2015 to 2018 are PERC, revealing that the market has also recognized and accepted PERC is the direction of development. We further predict that PERC would be the main technology of solar cell production at least in the near future. In this study, we use case study method and take N Company as the research case. We investigate N company’s business strategy from the early days to the later developing passivation emitter back contact solar cell paste. We take observation, literature review and secondary data collection to collect the research data, and apply Michael Porter′s Five Forces Model and the SWOT analysis model to find out the key survival factors in N Company’s management and development strategy for the company to survive in the highly competitive industrial environment. Based on the results of this study, we have obtained two key factors for N company’s survival: “strongly proactive sales strategy” and “improved R&D and technical service manpower.” It is thus suggested that N company should adopt active market strategies to increase market share and maximize the benefits of the mature technology.
