本研究採用質化研究方式,透過深度訪談10位國泰人壽保險從業人員,探討在網際網路的教學環境下進行學習課程的學習成效與影響。研究結果歸納以下幾點: 一、線上課程學習的影響因素 (一) 資訊因素:網路速度要快,首要關鍵是便利 (二) 教學因素:課程內容多元豐富,避免冗長 (三) 環境因素:主管推動和鼓勵 (四) 個人因素:電腦先備經驗之多寡不是很重要,自主性是首要個人特質 二、線上課程學習成效 (一) 使用滿意:滿意課程豐富多樣化與學習歷程紀錄 (二) 本職學能:增進壽險相關知識及保單行銷技巧 (三) 工作態度:工作價值觀和工作習慣有正面效果 (四) 經營績效:提升壽險保單業績,且有助於客戶管理 ;The research adapts qualitative method. The study is conducted by the result of in-depth interviews with 10 salesmen currently working in Cathay Life Insurance Company. To study the effectiveness and impact of learning courses in the Internet environment. The research results summarize that: I. Influential factors of e-learning courses 1. information factor: The speed of the Internet must be faster and the primary key is convenience 2. teaching factors:the course content must be rich, varied and avoiding lengthy. 3. environmental factors: the supervisors promote and encourage e-learning 4. personal factors:the number of computers′ first-hand experience is not very important.The primary personal characteristic is autonomy II. the learning effectiveness of e-learning courses 1. satisfaction: courses diversify and learn history 2. the current academic ability: to enhance life insurance related knowledge and policy marketing skills 3. the work attitudes:positive effects 4. operational performance: enhancing life insurance policy performance, helping customer management
