    Abstract: 本研究嘗試討論房貸客戶之星座屬性對於其房貸款項逾期風險影響,嘗試討論客戶是否因為星座的不同,影響客戶之房貸逾期風險狀況。若將星座之四分性劃分之,在變異數分析結果中,我們發現,客戶的房貸逾期風險會受到不同客戶屬於相異的四分性星座群,而有所不同。
    而在多元迴歸分析結果,牡羊星座與水瓶星座屬性之客戶,發生房貸逾期狀況較高;金牛星座的客戶,其發生房貸逾期之機率較低;其餘星座屬性對於房帶逾期風險不存在影響。
    因此,本研究提出,客戶的星座屬性,雖然會使得其房貸風險特性產生差異,但是卻無法完全解釋客戶發生貸款逾期之原因。

    ;This study attempts to discuss the effect of the constellation attribute of the home loan customer on the mortgage overdue risk of the house loan term, and try to discuss whether the customer is affected by the different constellations and the customer′s overdue mortgage risk situation. If the dichotomy of the constellation is divided, in the analysis results of ANOVA, we find that the customer′s mortgage overdue risk will be affected by different customers belonging to different quartile constellations.
    In multiple regression analysis, the customers of the Aries constellation and the Aquarius constellation attributed to a higher mortgage overdue period; Taurus constellation customers had a lower probability of having a mortgage overdue; the remaining constellation attributes had no effect on the overdue risks of the housing.
    Therefore, this study proposes that the customer′s constellation attributes, although it will make the difference in the characteristics of their mortgage risk, but it can not fully explain the reasons for customers overdue loans.
