    摘要: 本文研究對像是近些年來在工業自動化市場大受追捧的工業機器人產業,以機器人為代表的高端製造業的研發製造應用,已成為衡量一個國家製造業水平的重要標誌。大陸機器人產業規模在近幾年來高速擴張,已成為世界第一大工業機器人應用市場,整體上看,大陸機器人產業未來一段時間仍將保持高速增長。在市場潛力、開放合作、智能化等方面具備良好發展前景。
    本文透過個案分析方式,以D集團為例,結合工業機器人國內外發展現狀,以及D集團的自身條件,運用波士頓矩陣和策略分析的相關方法進行全方位診斷分析。結合分析結果得出行之有效的內銷發展整體策略目標,再從行業、區域、時間等多個維度對策略目標進行合理拆解,並結合行業現狀和競爭分析得出行動方案以及可能的風險應對,期能經由此研究對D集團在中國工業機器人市場後續發展提出建議與參考。;The object of this article is the industrial robot industry which has been highly sought after in the industrial automation market in recent years. R&D, manufacturing and application of high-end manufacturing represented by robots have become an important indicator of a country′s manufacturing industry. The scale of the mainland robotics industry has expanded rapidly in recent years and has become the world′s largest market for industrial robots. Overall, the mainland robotics industry will continue to maintain rapid growth for some time to come. It has good prospects for development in terms of market potential, open cooperation, and intelligence.
    In this paper, through case analysis, taking D Group as an example, combined with the development status of industrial robots at home and abroad, as well as the D Group′s own conditions, using Boston Matrix and strategic analysis of related methods for comprehensive diagnostic analysis. Combine the analysis results with the effective overall domestic sales development strategy objectives, and then rationally dismantle the strategic objectives from multiple dimensions such as industry, region, and time, and combine the industry status quo and competition analysis to draw action plans and possible risk responses. Through this study, we can provide suggestions and references for the follow-up development of D Group in the Chinese industrial robot market.
