    摘要: 現今,商場上早已不是單純的企業間的戰爭,而是供應鏈間的競爭,企業在擬定競爭策略後,要如何發展出一套適合自己的供應鏈策略,創造競爭優勢,是本文的主要研究目的。
    本文藉由PEST分析、波特五力分析、價值鏈分析、SWOT分析等方法,找出企業的競爭優勢及策略,以Kano Model及顧客鏈,分析顧客的需求以設定企業目標並作為供應鏈策略的輸入,並對組織、流程系統與供應鏈策略展開校準;在策略執行階段,面對供應鏈上的不確定性因素及風險,以FMEA識別並對策降低,以TOC瓶頸管理改進供應鏈,對顧客需求與環境掃描,調整企業競爭策略或供應鏈策略,確保企業競爭優勢。
    從個案公司的供應鏈策略發展,建構一個以顧客需求驅動且具競爭優勢與持續改進的供應鏈系統,有以下幾個要點 :
    1. 正確的競爭與供應鏈策略相互校準,帶來優勢。
    2. 顧客需求拉動供應鏈價值傳遞,使顧客滿意。
    3. 識別並降低供應鏈不確定性因素與風險。
    4. 持續改進供應鏈,追求全系統暢流最佳化。
    5. 對顧客需求與環境掃描,以策略調整。
    6. 整合建立供應鏈獨特團隊文化,以發揮綜效。;Nowadays, the market has long been not merely about a war between enterprises, but a competition among supply chains. How do companies develop their supply chain strategies after formulating their competitive strategies; how to create competitive advantages is the main purpose of this study.
    This research uses PEST analysis, Porter five-force analysis, Value Chain analysis, and SWOT analysis to find out the enterprise’s competitive advantages and strategies. With Kano Model and Customer Value Chain to analyze customer’s needs. Take it as a supply chain strategy input, and calibrated organizations, process system and supply chain strategy.During the implementation phase of the strategy, use FMEA analysis to find and reduce the uncertainties and risks in the supply chain. Use Theory of Constraints to manage and improve the supply chain. Observe customer needs and the environment to adjust the company′s competitive strategy or supply chain strategy to ensure corporation’s competitive advantage.
    From the case of the company′s supply chain strategy – to develop and construct a supply chain system that’s driven by customer needs, and at the same time have competitive advantage and continuous improvement system, needs following points:
    1. Correct competition and supply chain strategy should calibrate with one another in order
    to bring advantages.
    2. Customer demands should be the drive of supply chain and pass on values to satisfy
    customers.
    3. Identify and reduce supply chain’s uncertainty factors and risks.
    4. Continuously improve the supply chain and pursue the best system’s full flow
    optimization.
    5. Observe customer needs and the environment to adjust strategy.
    6. Integrate and establish a unique team culture in the supply chain to achieve synergies.
