在競爭日益激烈的全球市場中,供應鏈管理(Supply Chain Management, SCM)是旨在提高生產力、效率、靈活性和響應能力的任何戰略目標的關鍵部分。供應鏈中的組織極易受到意外事件的影響;然而,企業可以通過提升「留神覺知(mindfulness)」來減少錯誤發生的可能性,即使發生錯誤,在其損害擴大之前也能即時做出適當的處理。許多企業一直採用跨組織資訊系統來加強供應鏈中的資訊共享和協調,目的是降低問題發生的可能性並增強供應鏈可靠性。儘管如此,供應商整合、跨組織留神覺知和供應鏈可靠性之間的關係尚未完全闡明。本研究的目的是確定供應商整合是否會增加製造商與供應商之間的跨組織留神覺知,以及跨組織留神覺知和供應商整合是否有助於提高供應鏈的可靠性。 在本研究中,我們收集了來自台灣前1000大製造業的數據以測試我們的假設。結果顯示,供應商整合與跨組織留神覺知有著顯著的正向關係。此外,本研究還確定跨組織留神覺知與供應鏈可靠性正向相關。最後,研究結果也闡明了供應商整合和跨組織留神覺知的影響,提供了供應鏈可靠性的實際意義。 ;Supply chain management (SCM) is a critical component of any strategy aimed at increasing productivity, efficiency, flexibility, and responsiveness, particularly in the increasingly competitive global markets. Organizations within a supply chain are highly vulnerable to unexpected events; however, firms can reduce the likelihood of making mistakes and errors can be properly processed before the damage is expanded by enhancing the sense of “mindfulness.” Many firms have been adopting inter-organizational systems to enhance information sharing and coordination in the supply chain with the aim of reducing the likelihood of mistakes and enhancing supply chain reliability. Nonetheless, the relationships among supplier integration, interfirm mindfulness, and supply chain reliability have yet to be fully elucidated. Our objective is to determine whether supplier integration increases interfirm mindfulness between a firm and suppliers and whether interfirm mindfulness and supplier integration both contribute to supply chain reliability. In this study, we collected survey data from the top 1000 Taiwanese manufacturing firms to test our hypotheses. Our results revealed that supplier integration is positively associated with interfirm mindfulness. We also showed that interfirm mindfulness is positively associated with supply chain reliability. Our results elucidate the influence of supplier integration and interfirm mindfulness on supply chain reliability, delivering theoretical and practical implications.
