本研究透過層級分析法,探討臺灣的社會企業對於社會企業的經營模式所著重的面向與指標,並評估各面向與指標之排序與權重,歸納出社會企業經營模式之核心面向與指標,再透過深度訪談來了解目前臺灣的社會企業之經營現況與觀點,期望提供現有社會企業以及未來欲投入社會企業的經營決策者參考價值,亦可作為政府的政策考量因子與社會企業學者研究之學術參考。 ;In recent years, Social enterprise applying business techniques to achieve the concept of social welfare and social value has become the important study issue and in great demand. Unlike most enterprises built upon market needs and profits, social enterprise emphasizes on solving social problems by means of business activities, and on the value of the triple button line which is society, economy, and ecosystem. Therefore, Social enterprise needs an appropriate business model so that they can maintain good business performances while creating social values.
This study uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to explore social enterprises in Taiwan caring and emphasizing the indicator in their business models, and evaluate the weight and priority of each indicator to conclude core indicators. Besides, this study uses in-depth interview to realize the operation situations and observations of social enterprises in Taiwan. This study aims to provide reference not only for existing social enterprises and social enterprise initiatives to run their business, but also for the government and scholars.
