    Abstract: 我們計劃合成幾種天然物,並發展利用氮丙烷開環反應的合成方法。 目標分子為最近發現的幾種具有生物活性(抗生素和抗癌活性)的天然物,其合成也尚未被報導。其他合成標的物有 α-Galcer 類似物,為有希望的免疫系統調節劑與抗生素的類糖部分。 ;We plan to synthesize several natural products and develop several synthetic methods utilizing the ring-opening of aziridine in this proposal. Several of the target molecules (natural products) with biological activities, including antibiotic and anti-cancer, are recently discovered and their syntheses have not been reported yet. Other target molecules are alpha-Galcer analogues, promising immune system modulators and unusal sugars, parts of antibiotics.
