本研究擬以一所公立大學的大學生為研究對象,探討學生自我調節學習策略、學業成就及生涯調適的關係,以及人格特質、動機在前述關係中所扮演的角色。問卷調查採分層隨機抽樣方式,針對不同學院科系學生發放問卷,收集上述變數的量化資料,並輔以觀察訪談法收集質化意見。本研究具體的研究目的包含以下三點:(一) 探討大學生的自我調節學習策略、學業成就與生涯調適能力的關係,以及人格特質、動機在前述關係扮演的角色。(二) 探討不同背景因素如年級、學院別與科系,在上述變數以及對於上述關係是否存在差異。(三) 探討大學生課堂與課後學習時的多工行為在不同背景因素下,是否存在差異。本計畫之研究成果將有助大學教師在了解當代學生學習生態,並作為規劃課程與教材、設計學習活動之參考。 ;This research intends to study how the interrelationships among self-regulated learning strategies, academic achievement, and career adapt ability, exert on undergraduates in a public university. The roles of personality traits and motivation on the aforementioned interrelationships structure will also be elaborated. Stratified random sampling on undergraduate students at different department/college will be adopted to collect relevant data. If necessary, observation/interview will be used to gather qualitative data.The objectives of this research can be summarized as follows:(1). Explore how interrelationships among self-regulated learning strategies, academic achievement, and career adapt ability, exert on undergraduates in a public university. The roles of personality traits and motivation on the aforementioned interrelationships structure will also be elaborated.(2). Explore the significance of background factors such as grade, college, and department on the aforementioned interrelationships structure.(3). Explore how undergraduate multitasking behaviors, in class and/or after class, differ under various situations and backgrounds.The research results will be of great help to university instructors to understand the learning ecosystem in Taiwan and, in addition, can be a good reference for course offering, text material preparation, and learning activity design.
