台北市區往返桃園國際機場間大眾運輸工具,除了國道客運、包租遊覽車、租賃小客車和排班計程車外,2017年2月16日通車營運的桃園機場捷運(簡稱「機場捷運」),亦成為可供民眾選擇的交通運具之一。「機場捷運」加入後,導致原本即在桃園國際機場經營「台北市區 - 桃園國際機場」區間路線的多家「國道客運」業者,其載客數及營運狀況受到嚴重的影響。 在桃園國際機場停車空間及園區腹地有限的情況下,如何吸引往返桃園國際機場及台北市區的民眾,改變自行開車的習慣,改搭「國道客運」或「機場捷運」等大眾運輸工具。因此,瞭解這些〝交通運輸服務需求者〞需求及影響其選擇的考量因素,即是本研究的目的。研究結果亦可提供「國道客運」及「機場捷運」經營者作為後續營運調整及服務改善的參考。 本研究採敘述性研究(descriptive research)方法設計問卷,描述民眾搭乘運具時的情境,供填寫問卷的受訪者評選,並採用層級分析法(Analysis Hierarchy Process,AHP)進行回收問卷的資料分析,以探討往返台北市區及桃園國際機場的交通運輸服務需求者,選擇運具時主要影響其決定的選擇因素。 ;transportation between Taipei downtown and Taoyuan International Airport, in addition to shuttle buses, charter tour buses, rental cars and taxies. Taoyuan Airport MRT was operated on February 16, 2017. It has become one choice of transportation to the public. After that, the number of passengers and operating condition of the buses were seriously affected. Due to limited parking spaces of Taoyuan International Airport how to change people driving habit from Taipei to Taoyuan International Airport and change to use public transportation such as shuttle buses or Taoyuan Airport MRT is an issue to discuss. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the needs of these transportation service providers and the factors that influence their choices. The results of the study can not only provide shuttle buses and Taoyuan Airport MRT operators as references for operational adjustments, but the service improvement. This study not only used the descriptive research method to design the questionnaires, to describe the situation of people when used vehicles for the respondents to fill out the questionnaires, but also used the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the data of the questionnaires. The demand of commuters between Taipei City and Taoyuan International Airport, the mainly factors of choices affect when decisions are explored.
