自2008年全球金融危機爆發以來，美國為刺激經濟復甦而施行量化寬鬆政策，替市場注入龐大流動性資金，在資金流竄下，對全球經濟市場造成相當程度的影響。而各國近年隨全球化發展連動下，金融體系商業往來及互動日趨頻繁，國際情事發展間連結性高，密不可分，有鑑於上述原因，想藉此探討該政策對本國國內銀行經營績效的影響。 而近年來，我國銀行業競爭激烈、利差逐漸縮小，銀行經營除傳統業務外，還需因應時代潮流，發展金融科技及電子商務來提升銀行競爭優勢，於業務推行間，除繼續深耕本國市場，海外布局與積極創新也成為銀行發展重要目標。 本研究利用具動態觀點之麥氏生產力指數法探究台灣自2007年至2016年共17間國內銀行經營績效分析，而研究期間適逢國際市場經歷金融海嘯、歐債危機、各國量化寬鬆政策施行等金融要事發生，故特於研究中加入探討美國量化寬鬆政策，對本國銀行經營績效比較與變化。 ;Since the global financial crisis in 2008, the United States has implement quantitative easing policies in order to stimulate economic recovery, as the huge liquidity funds in the market, it caused quite impact on the global economic market. With the development of globalization recent years, the financial system has been increasingly traded and interacted with each other, the development of international affairs is highly inseparable. In view of above reasons, we desire to explore the impact of this policy under the performance of domestic banks. In recent year, the intensive competition and low profit in domestic banks, in addition to traditional businesses, bank operations must to develop financial technology and ecommerce in order to enhance the bank competitiveness. By business promotion, other than continually deepen the domestic market, overseas layout and active innovation also become important goals for bank development. In recent years, with the development of globalization, the financial system has been increasingly traded and interacted with each other. The development of international affairs are highly inseparable. The study uses the dynamic productivity of the Malmquist Productivity Index to explore the operating performance from 2007 to 2016. Since the economic crisis、European debt crisis and Quantitative Easing Monetary Policy occurred during this period, we additionally investigated the US Quantitative Easing Monetary Policy for the variation of operating performance of domestic bank.
