在全球化的發展下,顧客追求的不再只是產品多樣的功能及價格折扣,而是在意這個產品的功能是否完全符合自己的需求,所以企業是否能迎合顧客所需的產品來提升顧客滿意度,成為市場競爭力的一大指標。 近年來,國人的健康意識抬頭,自我健康管理越來越重要。個人醫療監控趨勢帶動了穿戴式健康裝置商機,不少科技大廠與醫療儀器大廠開始搶進智慧健康管理商機,提升人類在疾病的預防、診斷、矯正等精確性與實用性。由於醫療電子產品不同於一般消費性電子產品,在產品設計上必須非常重視安全性、有效性與可靠性。因此本研究以智慧手環為例,透過品質機能展開(Quality function Deployment, QFD)分析消費者對產品之需求與產品設計之間的關係,接著探討產品設計與零組件之關聯,並使用設計失效模式及效應分析Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, DFMEA) 來探討產品的可靠度。 _;In the background of globalization, customers pursue the functions of this product are completely meet their needs, rather than pursue a variety of functions and discount of price. If the company can cater to the requirements of customers, then it can improve customer satisfaction and become an indicator of market. In recent years, because the awareness of health has risen, self-health management has become more important. The trend of personal medical monitoring has driven the development of wearable medical technology. Many technology manufacturers and medical instrument manufacturers have begun to access the market. They dedicate to produce the product which improves the prevention of human disease, the accuracy of diagnosis and the practicality of treatment. Since medical electronic products are different from general consumer electronic products, the important points of design are Safety, effectiveness and reliability. This study takes the wisdom bracelet as an example. The research method is using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to analyze the relationship between consumer demand and product design, then explore the relationship between product design and components. Finally, using the Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) explore the reliability of the product.
