摘要:	股東年度大會是每家公司每年定期都會舉辦的一項會議，由全體公司股東組成，並且針對公司重大項目進行決策。這篇文章主要探討股東大會對於市場的影響。其中針對公司股價及流動性進行探討，股東大會作為了解企業財務狀況以及讓股東們行使股東權利的重要場所，在這期間所釋放的信息是否具備影響市場的資訊？本文主要探討公司股東會期間對市場的影響。探討股東會期間分別對流動性指標、波動度及法人持股的影響。結果顯示，在股東會期間確實對流動性指標、波動度及法人持股有著顯著影響。此外，法人持股率在股東會期間是呈現遞增。;Annual general meeting of shareholders is a meeting held regularly by each company every year. Basically, it is forms by all the company′s shareholders to make decisions on major projects of the company. This article mainly focuses on how the shareholders′ meeting impacts the market. In view of the company′s stock price and liquidity, the shareholders′ meeting is an important place to understand the financial status of the company and allows shareholders to fulfill the rights of shareholders. Does the information released during this period impact the market? This article is also exploring on how shareholders′ meeting impact towards liquidity, volatility and institutional investors. In fact, the results show that during the shareholders′ meeting, it does have a significant impact on the liquidity, volatility, and institutional investors . In addition, the institutional investors is increasing during the shareholder meeting.
