    題名: 製造業服務化轉型策略之研究─以中國H包裝公司為例

    摘要: 中國經濟正進入減速增長的”新常態” ,經濟轉型的方向,正朝向打造高端製造業與先進製造業發展,而紙箱包裝產業的下游客戶,對於產業的消費升級的趨勢日益明顯,其中產品包裝有升級的需求,中國工信部在對於包裝產業轉型發展的指導意見中,提出了明確的發展目標,為符合供給端結構的調整,包裝產業朝向服務型製造業發展。
    本研究選擇中國紙箱包裝上市公司中的H包裝印刷有限公司做為個案(以下稱H包裝公司),透過製造業服務化相關文獻進行分析與專家訪談,歸納製造業服務化構面,發展出紙箱包裝產業的製造業服務化轉型策略矩陣架構。依此架構,探討個案H包裝公司的相關策略,分析其製造業服務化轉型的策略與執行績效,最後分析出的結論,將可做為其他紙箱包裝企業在中國發展之重要參考依據。
    本研究對於個案H包裝公司製造業服務化轉型策略的結論如下:
    1. 個案H包裝公司的智能集成包裝解決方案(IPS),在製造業服務化轉型策略矩陣中的包裝集成服務構面衍生出的策略點,加上智能技術的應用,適時解決客戶痛點,藉由本身在包裝的專業知識,與全國覆蓋的生產能力,發展出於客戶端包裝裝箱環節的服務化轉型。
    2. 個案H包裝公司自2016年對外公佈成立聯合包裝網(PSCP),在2017年包裝產業供應鏈雲平台正式上線後,預估 2018年供應鏈服務銷售金額超過25億,在製造業服務化轉型策略矩陣中的供應鏈平台構面衍生出的策略點,已經取得一定的成果,也在市場面,帶來一定的品牌效益。
    3. 個案H包裝公司的個性化包裝定製服務轉型,在製造業服務化轉型策略矩陣中的定製化服務構面衍生出的策略點,利用數碼印刷+紙箱媒體的應用,暫時沒有辦法驗證為可執行模式。;China′s economy is entering a "new normal" of decelerating growth. The direction of economic transformation is toward creating high-end manufacturing and advanced manufacturing. The downstream customers of carton packaging industry are increasingly evident in the trend of consumption upgrading. Among them, product packaging needs upgrading. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China has put forward clear guidance on the transformation and development of packaging industry. In order to conform to the adjustment of supply-side structure, the packaging industry will develop towards service-oriented manufacturing industry.

    This research chooses H Packaging Printing Co., Ltd. of China′s carton packaging listed companies as a case (hereinafter referred to as H Packaging Company) to analyze and interview experts through the relevant literature of manufacturing service, summarize the service-oriented aspects of manufacturing industry, develop the matrix structure of manufacturing service-oriented transformation strategy of carton packaging industry, and discuss the relevant strategies of the case H packaging company based on this framework. Finally, the conclusion can be used as an important reference for the development of other carton packaging enterprises in China.

    The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.
    1. Case H Packaging Company′s Intelligent Integrated Packaging Solution (IPS), which is derived from the packaging integration service facet in the manufacturing service transformation strategy matrix, and the application of intelligent technology, solves the customer′s pain point in time. With its own packaging expertise and national coverage of production capacity, it develops the service transformation in the client packaging process.
    2. Case H Packaging Company announced the establishment of PSCP in 2016. After the cloud platform of packaging industry supply chain was officially launched in 2017, it estimated that the sales of supply chain services in 2018 would exceed 2.5 billion. The strategic points derived from the supply chain platform facets in the transformation strategy matrix of manufacturing service have achieved certain results and brought certain brand effects in the market. Benefit.
    3. Case H packaging company′s personalized packaging customization service transformation, in the manufacturing industry service transformation strategy matrix customization service facets derived from the strategy points, using digital printing + carton media applications, temporarily no way to verify the executable mode.
