隨著世界物流技術的不斷革新，冷鏈物流也在近幾年嶄露頭角成為一個極為重要的物流技術，同時因為民生需求的提高，消費水平的上升，因此人們對於美食、醫療、生活體驗的要求也日趨提升。至於跨國的物流舉凡空運、海運皆在近幾年投入一定的心力於冷鏈技術的導入，一方面是搶搭這輛起步不久的技術火車，保持自身競爭力，一方面是搶分這有未知成長空間的領域。 而中華航空公司貨運部在全球一直佔有一定的規模，如IATA統計載貨量於2016年名列全球第12，但冷鏈的出現開啟了新的一項挑戰，從決定是否加入此技術到決定使用何種方式導入冷鏈，都成為華航需要審慎評估的決策，而其中最為重要的是如何在這個專業分工的時代，使華航成為在冷鏈運輸物流中，成為數一數二的專業領導者。 因此本論文會透過觀察目前國際情勢以及比較各家航空公司來去發想在未來，中華航空能如何在冷鏈物流方面成為該市場中的佼佼者。;With the continuous innovation of the world′s logistics technology, cold chain logistics has emerged as an extremely important logistics technology in recent years. At the same time, because of the improvement of people′s livelihood demand and the rising level of consumption, people′s requirements for food, medical care and life experience are also increasingly. As for the transnational logistics, all of them have invested a certain amount of effort in the introduction of cold chain technology in recent years. On the one hand, they are rushing to take this short-starting technical train to maintain their own competitiveness. On the one hand, they are grabbing this field with unknown growth limitation. The China Airlines Cargo Department has always occupied a certain scale in the world. For example, IATA′s statistical cargo volume ranked 12th in the world in 2016, but the emergence of the cold chain has opened up a new challenge, from deciding whether to join this technology to decide to use. The introduction of the cold chain has become a decision that China Airlines needs to carefully evaluate, and the most important one is how to make China Airlines become one of the best professional leaders in the cold chain transportation logistics . Therefore, this paper will look at the current international situation and compare with various airlines to think about how China Airlines can become a leader in the cold chain logistics in the future.
