    Abstract: 一個新產品規格或功能再推出市場前都會經過公司開發團隊的討論而定案,所以產品規格的開發主要來自於公司內部的腦力激盪後產出的結果,通常這個結果都是公司認為可滿足大部分客戶的需求,大部分傳統企業運用預測及想像客戶想要滿足的需求來制訂產品規格,最終這個產品上市成功與否都必須是等真正上市後才會知道,這對公司是個風險。
    『成果驅動創新』是近年各公司提出的創新概念,其主要重點在說明產品的開發及產品改善的過程是運用了解客戶的需求及客戶想要完成的任務理論並運用以『需求為先』方式來達到客戶真正的需求並找出產品的創新及改善方向,藉此改變原來傳統公司在產品開發的過程中以『點子為先』方式來取得產品改善或開發方式,其主要原因是因為採用此方式其失敗率極高。
    此次個案研究,主要產品是門機產品,因為此產品市場屬於傳統銷售模式且市場已達到飽和,因此想藉由『Jobs-to-be-done Theory』理論及『Outcome Driven Innovation』的方法,嘗試運用在個案公司產品『門機』上,希望傳統門機可重新創造出產品另一個新的定位,進而增加產品生命週期。;A new product specification or function before the launch of the market will be through the company′s development team discussion and finalization,so the development of product specifications mainly from the company′s internal brainstorming output results,usually this result is the company believes that to meet the needs of most customers,Most traditional companies use forecasting and imagining the needs that customers want to meet to develop product specifications,and ultimately the success of the product must not be known until they are truly listed,which is a risk to the company.
    "Outcome-Driven Innovation" is the innovative concept proposed by companies in recent years,the main focus of which is to illustrate the process of product development and product improvement is to use the understanding of customer needs and customers want to complete the task theory and the use of "Needs- first" approach to meet the real needs of customers and identify product innovation and improvement direction,In order to change the original traditional company in the process of product development with "Idea- first" way to obtain product improvement or development,the main reason is that the failure rate of this method is extremely high.
    This case study,the main product is door machine products,because this product market belongs to the traditional sales model and the market has reached saturation,so we want to "Jobs-to-be-done Theory" theory and "Outcome Driven Innovation" methodology。Try to use in the case company product "Door Machine",hope that the traditional door machine can re-create another new positioning of the product,and thus increase the product life cycle.
