本文使用中華職業棒球大聯盟(CPBL)2003年至2018年間的球員資料,總樣本數為1940筆,包含1243筆野手及697筆投手。使用追蹤資料模型(panel data model)的隨機效果模型(Random effect model)進行分析。檢視轉隊球員的薪資與未轉隊球員是否有差異?接著進一步探討轉隊球員的薪資在轉隊前後是否有差異? 實證結果發現,在同樣的個人特徵、個人球場成績下,轉隊球員的薪資都是顯著低於未曾轉隊球員。接著在球員轉隊前後的薪資分析也顯示,球員轉隊後的薪資顯著低於轉隊前,且野手的降幅較投手多。 ;This research uses 1940 observations (298 players), including 1243 field players and 697 pitchers from Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) between 2003 and 2018. The analysis uses the random effect model of panel data model. Examining whether there is a salary difference between the transferred player and the untransferred player? Then, whether there is a salary difference between the transferred player before and after the transferring? The result shows that under the same personal characteristics, performances, the salary of the transferred players is significantly lower than the players who have not transferred. Then the result of before and after the players transferring also shows that the salary after the players transferring is significantly lower than before the players transferring, and the field players′ decline are more than the pitchers′.
