    Title: 中小型連接器新創公司之成長與經營策略分析─以中國東莞T公司為例

    Abstract: 連接器是電子元件的重要組成部分,廣泛使用在各類電路系統和電子設備上,實現信號與電源的傳輸功能。連接器產業是一個高度成熟的產業,市場競爭相當激烈且持續成長。本研究以連結器小型新創公司為個案分析對象,分別以Porter五力分析和SWOT短陣策略進行綜合討論,分析連接器產業競爭環境及個案T公司自身之優劣勢,進而提出個案公司未來具體可行之經營策略。
    本研究分析結果針對個案公司之矩陣策略提出具體可執行之四大策略,包含積極攻勢策略(橫向市場開拓、客製自動化)、階段性策略(透過競合提升競爭、完善特殊工位自動化、充分利用國家政策)、差異化策略(提升競爭力服務客戶、自動化設備升級更新、完善認證體系、效率提升利益最大化)、以及防禦及撤退策略(降低企業運營成本、市場轉移)。期許本研究結果能協助T公司發揮其競爭優勢以持續穩定成長,亦希望能作為連接器產業相關業者之參考。;A connector is an important part of electronic components, as it is widely used in various types of circuit systems and electronic equipment to transmit signal and power. The connector industry is a mature, highly competitive, and still growing industry. This paper details a case study conducted on a small to medium-sized connector manufacturer, Company T, and its current position in the industry through the analysis of Porter five-force model and SWOT matrix. With the critical factors influencing the case clearly identified, the next step comes is the implementation of appropriate business strategies to improving business operations.
    The results of this study concludes with four suggested business strategies for Company T: Aggressive Strategy, Phase-in Strategy, Differentiation Strategy, and Defense Strategy. These results will help Company T capitalize on its competitive advantage to achieve steadily and continuously growth. Additionally, this study can serve as a reference for other connector companies to develop their business strategies.
