本研究主要探討個案公司針對表面黏著技術自動化(Surface Mounting Technology， SMT )取代人力之效益優化生產流程，制作標準化以降低人力需求，導入自動化設備取代人工作業以改善缺工的壓力及成本。對於事先未考量到的人力需求加以考量，完善後的對策將現行導入自動化設備的工站，配合回本月數作為判定標準，經由結果分析與討論後，得出結論與建議，以供業界自動化導入及數位化工廠之後續研究作為參考。;The reason why mainland China will occupy a high proportion of the global electronics manufacturing industry is because mainland China has sufficient land and human resources. The most important thing is that the cost is inexpensive. With the manufacturing industry and economic take-off in mainland China, there are a large number of local enterprises. Development and development, these fascinating advantages are no longer.
The manufacturing industry must rely on a large number of manpower productions, and often the high ratio of lack of work is also in this production segment. Constant new recruits are recruited. How to get fresh members to get started quickly and maintain production quality is the burden and pressure of the training department. In order to avoid a never-ending vicious circle, how to improve the automation ratio and improve the value of human management has become the trigger point of this research case.
This study focuses on case companies to optimize the production process by automatically replacing the manpower for surface mounting technology benefits, standardization to reduce manpower demands and the introduction of automated equipment to replace manual operations to improve the pressure and cost of lack of work. Consider the manpower requirements that have not been considered beforehand and compare the improvement, the current station will be introduced into the automation equipment, and Investment returns will be used as the judgment standard. After the results analysis and discussion, conclusions and suggestions will be drawn for reference for the industry automation introduction and the follow-up study of the digital chemical plant.
