本研究主要探討個案公司針對表面黏著技術自動化(Surface Mounting Technology, SMT )取代人力之效益優化生產流程,制作標準化以降低人力需求,導入自動化設備取代人工作業以改善缺工的壓力及成本。對於事先未考量到的人力需求加以考量,完善後的對策將現行導入自動化設備的工站,配合回本月數作為判定標準,經由結果分析與討論後,得出結論與建議,以供業界自動化導入及數位化工廠之後續研究作為參考。;The reason why mainland China will occupy a high proportion of the global electronics manufacturing industry is because mainland China has sufficient land and human resources. This study focuses on case companies to optimize the production process by automatically replacing the manpower for surface mounting technology benefits, standardization to reduce manpower demands and the introduction of automated equipment to replace manual operations to improve the pressure and cost of lack of work.
