    Abstract: 本研究以電梯使用之液壓緩衝器為模擬研究對象,近年來住宅區
    大樓有越蓋越高的趨勢,高樓層電梯之市場需求有明顯成長,對於中
    高樓層大樓電梯之走行距離較長,運行速度較快,須使用中高速電梯
    來滿足快速載運的目的。
    中高速電梯在機坑中須使用液壓緩衝器,其原因是電梯運行需求
    速度較快,彈簧式緩衝器已無法滿足衝擊需求,藉由液壓緩衝器的特
    性與能力來吸收電梯下衝之加速度,做為電梯安全的最後一道防線。
    液壓緩衝器大致分為芯軸式液壓緩衝器與多孔式液壓緩衝器,原
    理皆為利用流體的節流效應來吸收衝擊力,首先利用彈簧力使衝擊頭
    保持復位狀態,衝擊頭受衝擊後利用活塞推擠液體使液體通過節流孔
    ,緩和所受之衝擊力,本研究以多孔式液壓緩衝器為模擬研究對象,
    使用 FLUENT 軟體,對多孔式液壓緩衝器之孔徑與孔距進行研究與分
    析。;In this study, the hydraulic buffer used in elevators is used as a
    simulation research object. In recent years, the residential area building has
    a higher and higher trend. The market demand for high-floor elevators has
    grown significantly. For the medium and high-rise buildings, the elevator
    travel distance is long and the running speed is high. Faster, medium and
    high speed elevators are required to meet the purpose of fast carrying.
    The medium and high speed elevators must use hydraulic buffers
    in the pits. The reason is that the elevators need to run faster. The spring
    buffers can no longer meet the impact demand. The characteristics and
    capabilities of the hydraulic buffers absorb the acceleration of the elevator
    undershoot. The last line of defense for the safety of the elevator.
    The hydraulic damper is roughly divided into a mandrel type
    hydraulic damper and a porous hydraulic damper. The principle is to use
    the throttling effect of the fluid to absorb the impact force. First, the impact
    head is kept in a reset state by the spring force, and the impact head is
    utilized after being impacted. The piston pushes the liquid to make the
    liquid pass through the orifice to alleviate the impact force. In this study,

    the porous hydraulic
    shock absorber is used as the simulation object. Using the
    FLUENT software, the aperture and the hole spacing of the porous
    hydraulic shock absorber are studied and analyzed.
