Abstract:	台灣行動支付使用正邁入「早期大眾」階段，在各種場域推廣行動支付服務系統面臨重大挑戰。從社會技術系統觀點，應用智慧型手機的行動支付技術子系統將與社會子系統、環境子系統共同演化。先前的行動支付相關研究文獻分別從使用者、業者或行動支付平台觀點，較難掌握整個行動支付系統利益關係人網絡之間的需求和互動關係。本計畫應用系統化創新原則(TRIZ)啟發式推論利益關係人網絡推廣行動支付服務的影響因素，並利用決策分析方法DANP(DEMATEL-based ANP) 評估各影響因素之間的因果關係與影響權重。研究結果將有助於行動支付服務持續擴展，加速台灣數位金融轉型。 ;The adoption of mobile payment in Taiwan is being diffused towards the stage of early majority. It will face significant challenges in promoting mobile payment service systems in various fields. From the perspective of Socio-Technical System, the mobile payment technology subsystem that uses smart phones will co-evolve with social subsystems and environmental subsystems. Previous studies on the mobile payment are conducted from the perspective of users, operators or mobile payment platforms. It is difficult to grasp the needs and interactions between the network of stakeholders in the entire mobile payment system. The project uses the theory of solving inventive problems (TRIZ) to heuristically infer the influencing factors of stakeholder network promoting mobile payment service and employs the decision analysis method DANP (DEMATEL-based ANP) to assess the causal relationship and importance between the various influencing factors. The expected findings will help the adoption of mobile payment spread over and accelerate digital financial transformation in Taiwan.
