在日常生活中,我們使用到回收再製產品的時機越來越多,而在這個環保意識逐漸抬頭的社會中,對資源回收也逐漸重視,但卻發現對於紙類回收規定卻微乎其微。因此本研究針對資源回收中的紙類回收項目來作探討,討論整個紙類廢紙從回收,處理再到製成紙製品的循環經濟的流程,希望能讓民眾對資源回收意識提升同時,能同時注意到紙類回收重要性。 本研究主要參考賴宥儒(2019)研究並將Sarkar and Moon(2014)的想法延伸到其中,主要探討紙類回收供應鏈與以政府為首的基管會之間的關聯,並將原先的四階段的數學模型中,加入不同變數,使整體關聯更貼近現實,並透過代入實際數值探討改變不同數值所發生的改變。本文中基管會與紙類回收流程為:民眾將廢紙集中轉賣給回收廠,回收廠再將蒐集來的廢紙集中壓磚運送到處理廠,而處理廠會將紙磚分解並轉換為紙漿或紙筒,再將產物交給製造廠,製造廠經過專業手法將原料加工製成紙類再生製品,最後將產品再販售回給消費者手中,而基管會所扮演的角色便是從製造廠手中收取稅收用以補貼回收廠來達到整個循環經濟的最大利益。;In our daily lives, we have used more and more opportunities to recycle products,and in this society where environmental awareness is gradually rising, we are gradually paying attention to resource recycling, but we have found that there are very few regulations on paper recycling. Therefore, this study discusses the paper recycling project in resource recycling, and discusses the recycling economy process of the entire paper waste paper from recycling, processing to making paper products, hoping to increase public awareness of resource recycling At the same time note the importance of paper recycling. This research mainly refers to the research of 賴宥儒(2019) and extends the idea of Sarkar and Moon (2014) to the main model. It mainly explores the relationship between the paper recycling supply chain and the government-led foundation management committee. In the mathematical model, different variables are added to make the overall relationship closer to reality. The basic management and paper recycling process in this article is: the people collectively resell the waste paper to a recycling plant, and the recycling plant then collects the collected waste paper and presses it to the processing plant, and the processing plant will decompose and convert the paper brick into Pulp or paper tube, then the product is handed over to the manufacturing plant. The manufacturing plant processes the raw materials into paper recycled products through professional methods, and finally sells the product back to consumers. The Environmental Protection Administration(EPA) by the plant is used to subsidize the recycling plant to achieve the best interests of the entire circular economy.
