台灣伺服器代工業在韌體研發過程中,如何在有限的資源和時間內,既要確保韌體在伺服器上運行的品質與可靠度,提升開發的效率以滿足顧客的期望,並透過減少人力資源的使用,使其導入量產,進而大幅降低開發與生產成本。 藉由新伺服器韌體開發之自動化檢測的模式,分析出其成功的關鍵因素,以及改善過往的韌體開發過程中的不當流程與人工檢驗的品質提升,並評估這些關鍵因素是否能讓其它產業類型相似之企業或其它類型產品於大量生產時的仿效或參考,以降低研發或生產過程之風險。 透過新伺服器韌體開發之自動化檢測的導入,使得生產線從以往傳統檢測方式進化成自動化檢測模式,進而減少人員檢驗的疏失,提升以往傳統檢測效率並降低導入自動化系統失敗的可能性。 本研究乃藉由個案公司伺服器韌體自動化測試結果,達到以下結論: 重新審視舊有的研發流程,並擬定了相對應且明確的研發規範。 透過伺服器韌體自動化檢測以後,可以大幅度的縮短操作時間。 預先找出大量生產後的所有可能發生的意外狀況並作排除的動作。;In the process of firmware research and development in Taiwan′s server manufacturing industry, how to ensure the quality and reliability of the firmware running on the server within the limited resources and time, improve the efficiency of development to meet customer expectations, and reduce human resources during mass production by automatic server firmware testing, which has greatly reduced development and production costs.

This research uses the results of automated testing of server firmware of case companies to reach the following conclusions: Re-examine the old R&D process and formulate corresponding and clear R&D specifications.
