摘要: | 面臨5G、Cloud、大數據及物聯網的全面興起,網際網路上的流量呈現指數增長。進一步推動,網通設備需求量的增加。在網通設備中,白牌交換機 ( White Box Switch ) 在具有較低的硬體成本、軟體可以客製化的二大優勢下,商機將顯著成長。所謂白牌是指代工廠所生產的自行研發產品,產品上沒有任何品牌的標誌,故稱之為白牌。最終產品出貨的形式,會依客戶提供的規格進行客製化服務。在研發設計階段,常會依據不同客戶的需求,在原有的設計基礎下進行設計變更、驗證以滿足其客製化要求。面對不同客戶的需求,如何確保每項設計變更都能確切的被執行,以及按時完成,對白牌交換機專案來說非常重要,因為它代表者一個商機的興起。
本研究希望在專案計劃管理和工作執行過程中,使用Microsoft Project 的甘特圖 ( Gantt Chart )來規劃每項工作項目啟動和完成的時間及排定先後順序關係。透過甘特圖可視覺化工具,即時了解專案當前各項工作的進度,及資源分配狀況。進一步搭配關鍵路徑方法( Critical Path Method , CPM ),找出專案的關鍵路徑和每項項目及關鍵項目之間的依賴關係。關鍵路徑上的延遲,會延遲整個專案的完成日期。故針對關鍵路徑,需明確定義工作重點,嚴格控制各活動進度。在客製化衍生性產品需求部份,搭配設計結構矩陣( Design Structure Matrix , DSM )規劃出最佳的設計驗證計畫。在專案執行過程中,透過甘特圖及關鍵路徑方法,可以讓整個項目團隊了解專案狀態,讓專案進行的更加順利。;The flow index of network is arising owing to the surging up of IOT, Big Data, Cloud and 5G. Furthermore, the demands of Netcom equipment are set into increasing. Upon the advantages of lower hardware cost and customized software, the business opportunities of “White Box Switch” are growing up. That so-called “White Box” means the products without any logos are researched and developed by manufactures themselves. And the final delivery will be customized according to the specifications provided by customers.In order to meet the requirements of customers, design change and verification are always processing upon the original design basis. For the projects of “White Box Switch”, it is quite important to ensure the implement exactly and be completed on time of every design change since it represents the rising up of one business opportunity.
This research emphasizes using the Gantt Chart of MS Project on the processing of execution, the management and planning of projects to work out the time-histories of starting and completion and set up the priorities. Using Gantt Chart which is a visual tool with high functionality, we can realize the progress of each job and the status of resource distribution of the current project. Furthermore, collocating with Critical Path Method (CPM), we can find the critical path and the dependent relationship between every item and critical path. The delay of critical path will postpone the date of completion of a project. Therefore, we need to make explicit definition to key job for critical path, control every progress exactly. In the demand part of customized derivative products, DSM is used to plan the best design verification plan.To Sum up, using Gantt Chart and CPM can have whole team realize the status of projects and then make projects go on more smoothly. |
