    摘要: 半導體設備供應商在半導體產業鏈中屬於製造段的上游供應鏈,當半導體設備供應商面臨到客戶需求變化時,為了達成實際訂單或預測訂單變更後的要求,公司內部各單位都將有對應的流程階段需要處理,本研究是關於半導體設備供應商之「物料採購交期變更估算方法」,並且期望能設計出一套全新的估算方法來達成優化現有作業的目的。
      半導體設備供應商主要販售的機台設備,製造方式多是由相關的設備零件所組裝而成,採購單位是否能有辦法達成採購目標,將是影響機台設備能否準時出貨並運送至客戶端的重要環節。本研究問題所涵蓋的範圍主要著重於訂單產生變化後,採購單位對於採購項目交貨日期變更的因應方式。
      在半導體設備、物料需求規劃、供應商管理及採購績效的相關文獻探討後,本研究利用新設計的「物料需求規劃處理子邏輯演算-採購交期變更估算方法邏輯演算」,在半導體設備供應商的資訊系統所採用之客製化物料需求規劃邏輯進行實作,並且模擬已接受變更或未變更的訂單共30張,以及共6個模擬訂單成品所需的採購料件,驗證結果是否有達成預期的方式,是利用採購項目預計交貨日期達成率報表來觀察,報表結果中的達成率愈高,則代表該方法所得到的效果愈優良。
      研究結果顯示,在採購人員配置充足的情況下,物料採購交期變更估算方法將所有採購料件的邏輯演算利用「先進先出估算方法」完全地取代原有「最小變動估算方法」,將可成功優化採購目標達成率,較高的採購目標達成率,對於半導體設備供應商的製造階段來說,可減少更多的物料等待時間,就能達成準時在客戶要求的日期將成品設備出貨至客戶端的任務目標。;Semiconductor equipment suppliers belong to the upstream supply chain of manufacturing in the semiconductor industry chain. When semiconductor equipment suppliers face the order changes from the customer, in order to achieve requirements after the order change or forecast change, each department in the company will have a corresponding process that needs to be dealt with. This study is about the "Estimation Method for The Material Procurement Delivery Date Change" of semiconductor equipment suppliers, and hopes to design a new set of estimation methods to achieve the purpose of optimizing existing operations.
      Semiconductor equipment suppliers’ mainly product is the machine equipment, and the manufacturing methods are mostly assembled from related equipment parts. Whether the procurement department can achieve a procurement goal will be an important issue that affects whether the equipment can be shipped on time and delivered to the client. The scope of this research question is focused on how the procurement department responds to changes in the delivery date of the purchase item after the order has changed.
      After discussing related literature on semiconductor equipment, material requirement planning, supplier management, and procurement performance, this study used the newly designed "Material Requirement Planning Processing Sub-Logical Calculation-Estimation Method for The Material Procurement Delivery Date Change Logical Calculation" , and it implemented in the customized material requirement planning program used by the semiconductor equipment supplier information system, and simulated a total of 30 orders that have been accepted or changed, and a total of 6 simulated purchase materials for finished products. The way to verify the results is observe the purchase item estimated delivery date reach rate report, the higher the achievement rate in the report result, the better the method.
      The research results show that when the procurement staff is sufficient, the estimation method for the material procurement delivery date change completely replace the "minimum change estimation method" with the "first-in first-out estimation method" for the logical calculation of all materials that will successfully optimize the procurement target achievement rate. A higher procurement target achievement rate can reduce material waiting time for the semiconductor equipment supplier′s manufacturing operation and achieve the task goal of shipping equipment product to the customer on the request date.
