| 摘要: | 現今社會行動智慧裝置已融入在日常生活中，在法規和政策的指導下，醫院也從紙本病歷轉移到電子病歷。近年來各家醫院的智慧門診和線上候診簡化了門診程序，提高了醫療效率。這種智慧化趨勢進一步吹到了醫院的核心，醫療服務智慧化。
21世紀科學技術的發展是跨學科應用，技術和研究與開發的時代。醫療服務和資訊技術的整合給傳統醫療服務帶來了革命性的變化。建立智慧醫療有望降低醫療成本並提高醫療品質，從而使人們能夠獲得更多適當的照護和預防保健服務。
本文將討論現階段智慧醫院業務的潛在需求，智慧醫療服務的發展需要醫療服務和資訊技術的整合。它可能會影響當前的醫療制度，改變了現有的服務流程，影響了大眾的醫療習慣，甚至影響了健保制度，個資安全和醫療法規等。因此為了促進未來智慧醫療產業的發展，有必要充分考慮各種內外部因素，了解智慧醫院模式對於民眾就醫習慣及服務品質提升及運用程度。
本篇論文透過文獻探討，探討目前臺灣智慧醫院發展現況，選取三大醫學中心為國立台灣大學附設醫院、臺北榮民總醫院、長庚醫療體系彙整有關智慧醫療的當前政策，具體措施和未來政策計劃的資訊，並分析對醫療系統、人們的醫療習慣等的影響。經由文獻探討，除了臺灣醫學中心並淺談國外如日本、美國、英國、澳洲、加拿大等國家，其推動智慧醫療經驗及其投入金額之文獻進行整理。
另外本論文文獻收集及參考對象醫學中心網路公開訊息，以及醫策會、衛福部等政府機關統計數據，另從工業技術研究院與碩博士論文網站研究領域常用資料庫為取得來源，以智慧醫院、智慧醫療、智慧醫療4.0、smart hospital等關鍵字進行搜尋並將資料彙整進行分析探討方法。接下來再利用醫學中心網路訊息進行人力統計與服務量探討智慧醫院所帶來人力之相關性、以及醫策會病安統計數據，使用ahp層級分析法（analytic hierarchy process，AHP）了解智慧醫院未來發展之權重，最後再以權重及長條圖進行策略分析。提供未來智慧醫院發展之方向，透過所有文獻彙整與資訊技術整合，提出對當前醫療系統和未來智慧醫院的影響，以改變人們的醫療習慣、健保制度、醫療法規和個資安全及其未來發展趨勢。
;Nowadays, social mobile smart devices have been integrated into daily life. In recent years, smart outpatient clinics and online waiting clinics of various hospitals have simplified the outpatient procedures and made medical treatment more efficient. And this trend of intelligence has further blown to the core business of hospitals and the intelligentization of medical services.
The integration of medical services and information technology has brought revolutionary changes to traditional medical services. Creating a smart medical model is expected to reduce medical costs and improve medical quality, so that people can receive more appropriate care and preventive health services.
This article will discuss the potential needs of the smart hospital business at this stage. The development of smart medical services requires the integration of medical services and information technology. It may affect the current medical system, change the existing service process, affect the public′s medical habits, and even affect the health insurance system, personal safety and medical regulations. Therefore, in order to promote the future development of the smart medical industry, it is necessary to fully consider various internal and external factors, and understand the smart hospital model for the public′s medical habits and service quality improvement and application.
In addition, this paper is collected and referenced by the public information of the medical center network, as well as the statistical data of government agencies such as the Medical Policy Society and the Ministry of Health and Welfare. It is also obtained from the commonly used databases in the research field of the Industrial Technology Research Institute and the master’s doctoral thesis website. Keywords such as hospital, smart healthcare, smart healthcare 4.0, smart hospital, etc. are used to search and collect data for analysis and discussion. Next, use the network information of the medical center to conduct manpower statistics and service volume to discuss the relevance of manpower brought by smart hospitals, as well as the statistics of medical policies and medical security, and use ahp hierarchy analysis (AHP) to understand smart hospitals. The weight of future development, and finally the strategic analysis using weights and radar charts to provide the future development direction of smart hospitals. Through the integration of all documents and the integration of information technology, it is proposed whether the current medical system and future smart hospitals can change people′s medical habits and health care.
