摘要: | 汽車產業為技術與資本密集的產業,其產業鏈相當龐大,牽動相關產業非常廣,一部汽車由約三萬多個零件所組成,涵蓋鋼鐵、塑膠、橡膠、玻璃、機械、電機、電子、服務等不同產業,且人才專業包括研發、製造、採購、行銷、管理、保修等技能,因而匯集成完整的汽車產業,故汽車業有「火車頭工業」之稱。 製造業總是在挑戰成本、效能和品質的極限,這是三次元量測儀地位屹立不搖的原因之一。即便感測技術打進測量設備領域,三次元量測儀仍是當前最精確工具。供應商不斷地推陳出新,從基本的移動橋架式三次元量測儀創造許多變種版本,以符合各式各樣的需求,以及協助客戶降低成本。雖然自動化盛行,用於測量大型零件的高準確度機台仍不可或缺,也因此有著觸發式探測頭的笨重、手動操作三次元量測儀仍有存在的空間。即便是簡單的手動三次元量測儀仍普遍,單次量測少量零件的小型工作室特別偏好這種量測設備。 本研究方法以D公司,為了打入車用市場,礙於客戶之要求與量測設備之能力不足的現況下,透過量測系統分析,來比較量測設備的優劣,更進一步以投資評估決策的方式來加以衡量,達到最佳化的選擇。 ;Automobile industry for technology and capital intensive industry, the industry chain is quite large, affects related industry is very wide, a car is made up of about thirty thousand parts, steel, plastic, rubber, glass, mechanical, electrical, electronic, services and other industries, and professional talents including r&d, manufacturing, purchasing, marketing, management, maintenance and other skills, and assemble a complete car industry, so the car industry is called "the locomotive industry". Manufacturing has always challenged the limits of cost, efficiency and quality, which is one reason the CMM′s position is so entrenched. The CMM is currently the most accurate tool available, even as sensing technology enters the measuring equipment arena. Vendors are constantly innovating, creating many variants from the basic mobile bridging CMM to meet a wide variety of needs and assist customers in reducing costs. Despite the prevalence of automation, highly accurate machines for measuring large parts are still indispensable, so there is still room for bulky, manually operated CMM with triggering detection heads. Even simple manual CMM is still common, and small studios that measure a small number of parts at a time are particularly interested in this measurement device. In this study, in order to enter the automotive market, D company, hindered by the requirements of customers and the insufficient capacity of measurement equipment, compared the advantages and disadvantages of measurement equipment through measurement system analysis (MSA), and further measured by investment evaluation decision to achieve the optimal choice. |
