    摘要: 近年來科技發展的速度飛快,手機、電腦等電子產品已然成為生活中不可或缺的工具,其中顯示器面板更是應用上最為頻繁接觸的部分。為了對應人們對此類產品的大量且客製化的需求,TFT-LCD面板產業也必須要使用能夠生產更大尺寸且不同用途的玻璃基板的面板廠。由於玻璃基板的面積變大,自動化物料搬運系統(Auto Material Handling System, AMHS)的輔助也變得更為重要,因此本論文將針對搬運系統的派送方法進行研究,期望能找出更有效益的方法。
    本研究的環境是參考第八代TFT-LCD面板廠,其中自動化物料搬運系統主要是由Intrabay搬運系統與Interbay搬運系統,兩個子系統組成,而兩個系統又會分別衍生出不同的派送問題。Intrabay系統中有「Stacker Crane載送Cassette時的選取問題」;Interbay系統中則有「RGV載送Cassette時的選取問題」。本論文延續阮昱瑋(2019)的研究,主要探討第八代TFT-LCD面板廠中的自動化物料搬運系統派送問題,提出多屬性派送法則,使用模擬軟體Arena建構不同於阮所設計的環境,觀察並比較新的多屬性法則與舊有之法則的差異,期望提出的多屬性派送法則能更好的提升TFT-LCD廠的生產效率。
    ;In recent years, smart phones, computers and other electronic products have become indispensable tools in people’s lives, and the display panel is the most frequently contacted part of the application. In order to meet the large and customized demand for such products, the TFT-LCD panel industry must use factories that can produce glass substrates with large sizes and different uses. As the area of the substrate becomes larger, the assistance of the Auto Material Handling System (AMHS) also becomes more important, so this paper will study the delivery method of the handling system, hoping to find more effective method.
    The environment of this study refers to the eighth generation TFT-LCD panel factory. The AMHS system is composed of Intrabay system and Interbay system, and the two systems will derive different dispatches respectively. problem. In the Intrabay system, there is "Selection problems when Stacker Crane loads Cassette" in the Interbay system, there is "Selection problem when RGV loads Cassette". This paper continues the research of Ruan (2019), mainly discusses the dispatching problem of the AMHS system in the TFT-LCD panel factory. Then propose a multi-attribute dispatching rule, use the simulation software Arena to construct an environment different from the original one. Comparing the difference between the new multi-attribute rule and other single attribute rules. I hope that the proposed multi-attribute distribution rule can better improve the production efficiency of TFT-LCD factories.
