    Abstract: 自1997年爆發亞洲金融風暴後,1998年中國提出擴大內需;2000年起,
    電子/機械/汽車/金屬加工等等各工業伴隨海外投資陸續在中國設廠,推升了中國製造的產值逐步提高。2008年世界金融危機,中國持續的擴大內需,加速中國的工業發展,雷射應用的主要零組件也伴隨著工業的發展逐步轉為在中國組裝生產製造。
    隨著中國組裝生產的3C電子產品由PC陸續的轉變到NB/平板電腦/手機/車用/5G通訊產品,雷射產品的應用及開發也由單機逐步轉換為高效/自動化/精細化/客製化設備。
    伴隨電子產品各行業新應用的盛衰起伏,相關企業的人員組織架構與管理也要相應的調整變動。客製化設備在產品變動過程迎來了成長的契機,早期的科技面臨了加速汰換。
    PCB板是所有電子電機領域的基礎,扮演線路導通的基本功能;伴隨科技的突飛猛進,線路板產品由三十年前的單雙面板延伸到3C產品的4-12層多層板,HDI板,通訊高多層板;雷射產品在線路板的應用也從前段製程的光繪機(laser plotter),延伸到雷射鑽孔(laser drill),雷射成像(Laser Direct Image,LDI),PCB打標,FPC切割....雷射科技近十年廣泛普及到各產業,雷射設備在PCB的生產或品保的應用也已更普遍及更多元化。
    個案公司的雷射加工設備多年在電子產品領域應用具備相當的經驗。在PCB產業的產品開發投入,面對了客製化/自動化的失敗率高,投資回收期長;總結過往經驗,良好的風險評估及流程管控對產品的持續性及企業的長久發展有深遠的助益。以個案公司進行試點改造,在多變動環境下尋求產品開發管控”新”模式,在引領員工成長的同時,發展領導(經理人)格局;藉由PCB雷射設備開發的磨練,讓團隊更好的體認客戶端持續改進努力的精神,轉化為個案公司前進成長的動力。;Since the outbreak of the Asian financial crisis in 1997, China proposed to expand domestic demand in 1998。Starting from 2000,With various oversea investment operating in China,industries such as electronics/mechanical/vehicles/metal processing , production value has gradually increased。
    after the 2008 world financial crisis, China continued to expand domestic demand and accelerate China′s industrial development, the main components of laser product have been gradually transformed into assembly and production in China.
    3C electronic product manufacturing in China, PC step out, 3C products change into NB / tablet / mobile / vehicle / 5G communication products;laser applications development have also been gradually developed from single-machine to high efficiency / automation / high accuracy / customization demands。
    New generation products ups and downs,enterprises organization and management should be adjusted accordingly。customization equipment gaining growth by 3C products type changes。New generation products are speeding up the elimination of old technology。
    PCB board is the foundation of all electronic fields and plays the basic function of circuit guide.With technology flying in,Circuit board products extend from 30 years ago single and double panels into multiple layers,HDI board,High layer count boards.....
    The application of laser products in the circuit board is also from the front process of the laser plotter,turn to laser drilling,Laser Direct Image,(LDI), PCB laser marking,FPC tlaser trim... and so on...
    Laser technology has spread to all industries in the past decade,laser equipment apply in PCB process getting more and more.
    The laser processing equipment of the case company has had considerable experience in the field of electronic products, Investing in PCB industries,facing high failure rate on customer -made or automation,Long payback periods...
    A summary of past experience, good risk assessment and process control are of great help to the sustainability of products and the long-term development of enterprises...
