本研究在探討傳統製造業庫存問題改善,藉由個案研究法,找出個案公司目前原物料、半成品、成品庫存所存在的問題,並依研究理論方法,進行個案數據收集統計做庫存帳齡及存貨呆滯分析後,提出改善方案;並一併檢討個案公司相關作業流程,也提出改善或調整。在執行新的方案後,驗證個案數據結果,確實達到庫存改善目的。本研究個案與庫存改善有關的,諸如供應鏈管理、採購循環、產銷協調、品質改善及相關作業流程新增改善或調整,也依方案進行相關的公司制度建立與改良,改變個案公司歷久以來依經驗行事之舊習,讓產業在這艱巨的大環境中,更有競爭優勢。;This research is to discuss the improvement of the traditional manufacturing inventory problem. Through the case study method, find out the current problems of the raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished product inventory of the case company. After the analysis of inventory stagnation, it proposes improvement plans; it also reviews the relevant operating procedures of the case company and also proposes improvements or adjustments. After the implementation of the new plan, verify the results of the case data, and indeed achieve the purpose of inventory improvement. This research case is related to inventory improvement, such as supply chain management, procurement cycle, production and sales coordination, quality improvement, and related operational processes. New improvements or adjustments are also made in accordance with the plan to establish and improve related company systems, changing the case company′s long history of The old habits of experience and actions give the industry a competitive advantage in this arduous environment.
