    Abstract: 企業為因應產業之間的競爭及市場環境的變化,也伴隨著企業營運規模逐步邁向國際化,為使企業與國際市場及客戶的要求進行連結與接軌,進而需要建構企業資源規劃ERP系統的導入需求,或者是將自有的系統進行升級,並與物聯網、雲端技術及大數據分析進行結合,使ERP系統能夠提升企業營運效率,且使企業流程資訊更可透明化。其企業於系統建置評估階段則更顯重要,此時選擇使用套裝軟體資訊系統(典型ERP系統)或自行開發客製化資訊系統(非典型ERP系統)將影響日後企業經營策略模式。


    本研究發現,當企業選擇使用自行開發客製化資訊系統(非典型ERP系統)之原因,將會與資訊團隊的經驗、企業內部人員相關專業知識、企業組織結構、產業型態、導入資訊系統需求及系統導入規劃的成本有極相關因素。當企業選擇使用套裝軟體資訊系統(典型ERP系統)之原因,將會與導入系統時效、有企業流程再造需求及組織變革需求有極相關因素。;Due to the market competition, market changes and international business scale, the enterprise in order to connect and integrate the requirements from international markets and customers, it is necessary to build an enterprise resource planning system (ERP System), or upgrade its own system, combined with the Internet of Things, cloud technology and big data analysis, so that Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP System) can Improve the efficiency of business operations and make business process information more transparent.
    At this time, it is more important for the enterprise in the system construction evaluation stage. Choosing to use a packaged software information system (typical ERP system) (Typical Enterprise Resource Planning Systems) or develop its own customized information system (atypical ERP system) (Atypical Enterprise Resource Planning Systems) will affect its business strategy in the future.

    This study is conducted through case studies and interviews with two case companies that choose to use a packaged software information system (typical ERP system) or develop their own customized information system (atypical ERP system). Furthermore, this study will in-depth discuss what kinds of factors and motivations are considered in their strategy.

    This study found that when an enterprise chooses to develop its own customized information system (atypical ERP system), the reason will be related to the experience of the information team, the professional knowledge of the internal staff of the enterprise, the organization of the enterprise, the type of industry, and the introduction of the information system, demand and the cost of system introduction planning are highly relevant factors. When an enterprise chooses to use a packaged software information system (typical ERP system), the reasons will be highly related to the introduction of system timeliness, the need for business process reengineering, and the need for organizational change.
