Industries change so fast that enterprise can’t handle it. Nowadays, Cutting-edge technology, e-shopping and Industry consolidation are reforming existing business module and leading the evolution. Therefore, companies need to think about how to rebuild core competitiveness to help their expertise stand firm. Meanwhile, they have to bring up the new heart of business and develop new strategy. As the velocity of change speed up , the difficulty of considering new way for enterprise transformation increases. How to adapt to new challenge and propose an available strategy structure is ordeal of wisdom and crisis management for managers.Operators need to conform to different challenges posed by world trend, keep fighting for business Transformation and hit a new peak.
