數位科技在過去30年來已快速且大幅的改變了人類社會,不論是工作、娛樂、溝通、犯罪等,都深入了我們的生活。許多新型態的網路公司、科技公司等相繼出現,而舊產業也免不了要轉型進入數位世界。但危機就是轉機,這並不意味著要所有的產業都要走向數位化,而是我們必須開始學習進入數位世界的方式以及如何將新思維運用在生活中。 而本研究選擇的舊產業標的為選物販賣機也是我們俗稱的娃娃機產業,其正是在台灣經濟低迷和社會型態轉變的一種新服務方式。研究方法使用個案研究(Case Study)結合紮根理論(Grounded Theory)經由系統化的資料蒐集與分析,將分散的原始資料加以分析及概念化,歸納、發展出舊產業轉型的框架及論述。最終藉由商業模式框架使經營者釐清自己的競爭優勢,並利用活動圖找出核心元件發展一系列的活動配適,同時也可提供業者一個新的方向。 ;Digital technology has rapidly and drastically changed human society in the past 30 years. It has penetrated into our lives in the domain of work, entertainment, communication, and crime, etc. Many new-type Internet companies and technology companies have emerged one after another. Old industries will inevitably be transformed into the digital world. However, it doesn’t mean that all industries must be digitalized. We need to start to learn how to enter the digital world and how to use new thinking to life. The old industry target selected in this study is the claw machine industry. It is a new service method in Taiwan′s economic downturn and social transformation. Combined case study with grounded theory, this study collect, analyze and conceptualize the scattered original data to develop the framework and exposition of the transformation of the old industry. Finally, through the business model framework, operators can clarify the competitive advantages in their business model, and also use the activity system to promote the development of a series of activities. It can also provide a new direction for the industry
