The internet is not only the key factor leading The Third Industrial Revolution, but also a necessary to almost everyone in the world. Almost all people use internet-based service such as remote office, electronic business, E-learning, stream video/music and electronic back several times a day. More and more new internet based services and business models are introduced because the serious COVID-19 outbreak in 2019 and people are not allowed to travel around. Company A is the subject of this research. It’s a Taiwan-based OEM of network & communication equipment. A has great RD and manufactory competence and accumulate experience throughout these years. However, as the competition gets more intense, the profit company A gains every year shows a decreasing trend. The purpose of this search is to find out what’s the key contract manufacturer selection factors of company S and its biggest customer, company B. This research uses AHP method to determine the weight of each factor for both companies. Then a comparison is performed to find out what’s the gap of relative importance of each factor between both company. The result shows the difference between company B’s expectation and company A’s current strategy and is a reference for company A to make business plan.
