摘要: | 摘要 在電視新聞上,時常看到有關勞資雙方的新聞,從最基本的上下班時間、超時加班時數計算等,到企業內部的資財管理、貴重物品管理等都時有發生資方違反勞基法、勞方因職務之便而順手牽羊的事件層出不窮。雙方互相鑽法律與行政漏洞,皆使企業耗費不必要的成本並損失慘重。 隨著智能化的發展,技術方面也越來越人性化與生活化,可透過現代科技來管理企業內部問題,進而解決上述所提到的勞資雙方在工作環境所面臨的問題。近來生物認證技術已被廣泛應用於眾多領域,如:智慧型手機鎖定(指紋辨識、人臉辨識)、ATM提款(掌靜脈辨識、人臉辨識)、出入境海關自動通關(人臉辨識)等,皆表示生物認證技術與現代人類生活已密不可分。 在此篇研究中,重點將針對人臉辨識技術做深入的分析,並說明人臉辨識系統與當今的雲端技術、物聯網技術做整合時可實現哪些效果。再針對若企業導入後所帶來的效益為何、實用性為何,是否應該使此技術普遍導入至現有企業框架乃至整個人類社會。並將透過個案分析的方式以及實際管理所產出的數據做為標準,說明此架構的特色與可應用範疇。 ;ABSTRACT

The two sides exploited each other′s legal and administrative loopholes, causing unnecessary costs and heavy losses for the enterprise. With the development of intelligence, technology is becoming more and more humane and life-oriented. Modern technology can be used to manage internal problems in the enterprise, thereby solving the above-mentioned problems faced by both employers and employees in the working environment. Recently, biometric authentication technology has been widely used in many fields, such as: smart phone lock (fingerprint recognition, face recognition), ATM withdrawal (palm vein recognition, face recognition), automatic immigration clearance (face recognition) And so on, all indicate that biometric authentication technology and modern human life are inseparable. In this research, I will do an in-depth analysis of face recognition technology and explain what effects can be achieved when the face recognition system is integrated with today′s cloud technology and Internet of Things technology. Then, if the company introduces the benefits and practicability, whether the technology should be universally introduced into the existing enterprise framework and even the entire human society. I use the method of case analysis and the data produced by actual management as the standard to illustrate the characteristics and applicable scope of this framework. |
