摘要: | 本研究從中國農作秸稈年量達十億噸以上的現況,延伸探討進入農作秸稈在目前中國所產生的問題,其後再以循環經濟理念切入尋求解決方案,謀求農業稻作秸稈餘料在農業稻作生產工序內被完整循環再利用,不但以搓揉帚化稻作秸稈做為育秧基質解決了稻作產業育秧苗土漸缺漸貴的問題,還能以模組化的秸稈育秧基質板取代繁雜的秧苗土配製流程,讓水稻育秧工序人力需求與作業成本得以降低。並利用本研究核心材料搓揉帚化稻作秸稈良好的保酸控酸理化表現,提供優於傳統育秧土更長效性的酸性環境以滿足水稻秧苗生長發育,且此一酸性環境在植物病理學上還可抑制東北寒地區域最主要的水稻秧苗期病害立枯病的發生。 研究後段將搓揉帚化稻作秸稈導入稻作產業育秧工序的標準作業流程,並分析得知秸稈基質應用在水稻育秧較傳統育秧土操作更有作業成本上的優勢,若SD農業公司能依據勢態分析結果,持續擴大秸稈原料優勢、深化專利製程優勢及妥善利用基礎規模市場三項優勢,並以秸稈利用產業化發展模式去解決稻作產業需求問題,並獲得國家在循環經濟上的政策獎補以設置農業循環經濟示範園區,則完整的農業循環經濟閉環得以實踐。;Based on the current situation that the annual amount of agricultural straw in China is more than one billion tons, this research paper deeply discusses the problems of agricultural straw in China, and then uses the concept of circular economy to seek solutions, so as to seek the recycling of rice straw residues in agricultural rice production process. In this paper, we not only use the rubbing and brooming rice straw as the seedling substrate , but also use the modular straw substrate board to replace the complex seedling soil preparation process, so as to reduce the labor demand and operation cost of the rice seedling process. The paper uses the core material of this research-- rubbing and brooming rice straw, which has good acid retention and acid control physical and chemical performance and provide a more long-term acidic environment than the traditional seedling soil to provide the conditions for the growth and development of rice seedlings, and this acidic environment can also inhibit rice seedling blight in the northeast cold region in terms of plant pathology. In the latter part of the study, the rubbing and brooming rice straw was introduced into the standard operating procedure of rice seedling raising, and the analysis showed that the operation cost of rice straw substrate used in rice seedling raising was lower than that of traditional seedling raising soil. If SD agricultural company can continue to expand the advantages of straw raw materials, deepen the advantages of patent process, and make the advantages of the basic scale market according to the SWOT analysis results, and solve the problem of rice industry demand, and obtain the national policy award on circular economy, so as to set up the agricultural circular economy demonstration park, then the complete agricultural circular economy can be realized. |
