產品技術創新是企業生存與發展的根本,但是近年來企業的經營環境呈現重大變化,客戶需求的不斷改變以及產品生命週期縮短,讓新產品的開發面臨著嚴峻的挑戰,而原有的瀑布式產品開發方式,已經無法快速回應市場需求;因此,許多大企業開始在產品開發流程上開始導入敏捷開發流程,運用團隊合作、客戶互動及快速響應等敏捷特點,讓企業面對市場未來的不定性因素,能夠彈性執行企業戰略。 本研究目的在探討,將敏捷開發導入傳統機械製造業的產品研發流程,找出適合個案A公司的開發過程模式,以其能夠在有限的企業資源下,優化組織架構,充分發揮效益,進而縮短產品開發時程,提升產業競爭力。而敏捷開發有很多的實踐方式,本研究選擇個案研究法,藉由近距離觀察及研究個案A公司漸進式導入看板管理,使用可視化、工作任務卡、在製品的限制方法及反饋機制,結合企業的實務做法,不斷地找出更適合更有效率的方法,最後發展出適合機械業的敏捷式看板管理產品研發流程。;Product technology innovation is the foundation for the survival and development of enterprises. However, in recent years, the business environment of enterprises has shown major changes. The continuous changes in customer needs and the shortening of product life cycles have caused the development of new products to face severe challenges. Product development methods have been unable to quickly respond to market needs; therefore, many large companies have begun to introduce agile development processes into their product development processes, using agile features such as teamwork, customer interaction, and rapid response to allow companies to face the uncertainties of the market in the future Factors that can flexibly execute corporate strategy.
The purpose of this research is to explore the introduction of agile development into the product R&D process of the traditional machinery manufacturing industry, and to find a development process model suitable for the case of company A, so that it can optimize the organizational structure, and shorten Product development schedule to enhance industrial competitiveness. There are many practical methods for agile development, company A gradually introduces Kanban management through close observation and case study by using visualization, work task cards, work-in-progress methods and regular feedback, and constantly find more suitable and efficient methods, finally develop an agile Kanban management of product development process suitable for the machinery industry.
