本項個案是基於由Anthony W. Ulwick於2016年的著作“待完成工作:可實踐的理論”JOBS TO BE DONE: THEORY TO PRACTICE以及由Alexander Osterwalder、Yves Pigneur於2010年所提出的商業模式畫布The Business Model Canvas所研究之結果。 透過定義客戶的需求,再進行競爭分析,之後找出機會點,從而提出具備獨特性的價值主張。再利用商業模式畫布中的三項關鍵因素來實現價值主張,基於如此模式進行對於本項個案之研究,同時提供各行各業作為參考,期能為產業提出具體的發展運營策略。;This case is based on the research results of Jobs to Be Done: Theory to Practice, written by Anthony W. Ulwick in 2016, and the Business Model Canvas proposed by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur in 2010. Through the definition of customer needs, competitive analysis, and then identify opportunities, and put forward a unique value proposition. Then we use the three key factors in the Business Model Canvas to realize the value proposition. Based on this model, we study this case, and provide reference for all walks of life, hoping to put forward specific development and operation strategies for the industry.
