隨著企業資料量急速成長,良好管理各種類型的資料已經是組織的重要能力,如何擷取、管理、儲存、保存與運送企業內部非結構化資料,將這些分散、混亂的跨應用系統資料,整合為有組織的內容,達到所有內容的溝通與共享,是企業內容管理的主要功能。企業導入多套應用系統過程中,如能以企業內容管理為核心概念,建置企業內容管理平台,導入並整合各系統,將可避免企業內部各系統各自分立的資訊孤島現象,造成資訊不同步與重複輸入等問題。 本研究以個案研究方法探討建置企業內容管理平台的規劃與過程,期能提出建置企業內容管理平台的重點,與導入過程中所需考量的面向,文末並根據研究發現提出建議以供其他企業導入相關應用系統時之參考。 ;With the rapid increasing volumes of enterprise digital information, good management of data, regardless of type, has become an important ability of the organization. How to capture, manage, store, preserve and deliver unstructured data, and to integrate these scattered and chaotic cross-application system data into organized content, and provide shared and integrated content is the main function of enterprise content management. The enterprise content management can help to avoid the phenomenon of information silos, which each system is separated within the enterprise, causing problems such as inconsistent and repeat input data. This study reports the implementation of an enterprise content management platform in a case company by taking a case study approach. Based on the key findings summarized from the implementation process, this study proposed managerial implications and practical suggestions for companies in need. Conclusions end the paper.
