近年來因特斯拉(Tesla Inc.) 電動車的興起,加上各國政府因應全球環境變遷、提倡節能減碳以及綠色能源政策法規驅使之下,電動車的發展引發了汽車產業結構上的變化與供應鏈轉型,部品電動化與汽車軟體化也使得非傳統汽車製造供應商的電子業有機會切入關鍵零組件市場。 區塊鏈技術演進至今,區塊鏈應用於各領域逐漸成長中,其「去中心化」的本質在分散與不變的基礎上,建構可追蹤、可溯源、具共識之信任機制,其應用於汽車產業上,預期能大幅簡化各類作業流程、降低成本、增加效率,以及改善問責。 汽車產業主導的「移動開放區塊鏈倡導協會」正以車輛身分證明之技術為起點,逐步實踐區塊鏈技術發展及其應用。現階段汽車行駛資料在自駕車技術發展中扮演關鍵的角色,以車輛身分證明為核心,蒐集各種行車數據,透過分析數據與AI模型訓練,自動駕駛系統將能持續的進化,同時茁壯車用資料市場,故本研究提出自駕車身分證裝置概念性架構以提升車用資料市場的正向發展,並提出汽車資料市場使用者分潤的可能性。;With Tesla building its most affordable electric car, as well as governments of various countries in response to global environmental changes. Autonomous driving systems will be able to grow continuously through data analysis and AI model training. Meanwhile the automotive data market is growing. Therefore, this research proposes a conceptual framework for the device of autonomous ID to enhance the positive development of the automotive data market, and proposes the possibility of profit sharing in the automotive data market.
