摘要: | 平面顯示器產業經過近三十年發展,競爭,整合,環境變異, 中國以國家政策作為基礎,全力扶植中國面板廠商,在短短十餘年積極擴大產能,導入先進製程進入產業,目前面板出貨數量已超越台灣,韓國,日本,稱霸全球成為平面顯示器生產領導者。 平面顯示器產業上游關鍵材料主要掌控在日本及韓國廠商手上,中國在取得市場領先地位的同時也積極向產業鏈上游核心材料之光學,電子,化學材料關鍵零件進行整合進行國產化,產業垂直整合以健全產業結構以企圖打破日韓高度壟斷之局面,中國大陸已成為世界最大生產地,導致供應鏈生產地向中國遷徙趨勢。 本論文以W公司導入日本某偏光片製造商Z公司偏光片產品後段加工為案例,深入探討W公司將Z公司偏光片產品導入於中國工廠進行後段加工與開發客戶推展過程之策略運用及導入前後經營績效關係研究。 日本Z公司作為將偏光片商業化量產之先鋒,擁有優秀研發及生產技術,Z公司在日本境外無銷售及生產據點,在面臨面板產業變化及供應鏈遷徙的環境變化時,台灣及中國市場開發遲遲無法展開,因此期望透過與台灣W公司進行策略合作,將Z公司之產品銷售及後段製程移轉給台灣W公司的中國工廠進行製造與銷售,本論文研究,以平面顯示器產業之台灣W公司運用既有市場與通路,藉由以生產地移轉策略運用導入日本Z公司偏光片產品於中國進行加工與銷售,產業競爭與環境變化下之影響競爭日劇激烈,個案W公司以Porter五力分析來探討導入日本Z公司偏光片產品於平面顯示器關鍵材料偏光片行業內之能力與競爭強度,並以SWOT分析確認W公司欲進入偏光片行業於外部環境之機會,威脅與內部環境之優勢與劣勢,找尋進入行業之關鍵因素以此來擬訂策略組合,其最終目標為擴大雙方營收與營利,透過策略組合以生產地移轉為主要策略運用並評估產業環境,生產地物流以及人力與周邊支援等因素,藉以策略分析工具形成策略與目標,深入探討W公司在Z公司偏光片產品導入過程之策略運用及導入前後經營績效關係研究。;The flat panel display industry after nearly three decades of development, competition, integration, environmental variation, with China as the basis for national policy, to support Chinese panel makers, actively expanding production capacity in just ten years, the import of advanced process into the industry, the current number of panel shipments It has transcend Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and dominates the world′s leadership of the production leader.
