在動盪的商業環境中,供應鏈需要變得「智能」來應對突發事件,本研究將「智能」 分為三個維度:過去(記憶)、現在(留神覺知)和未來(商業智慧使用)。我們認為供 應鏈可以透過跨組織資訊系統傳遞資訊的能力讓供應鏈夥伴擁有豐富且共同的記憶,來 更好了解目前供應鏈情勢,並密切關注供應鏈環境變化,從而在當下做出最佳的決策。 同時,供應鏈管理者可以使用商業智慧從供應鏈夥伴接收並分析不同角度的訊息,以加 強對未來決策的制定。因此,本研究調查了跨組織資訊系統能力如何透過組織間商業智 慧使用、組織間留神覺知與組織間記憶來影響供應鏈隨機應變,進而提升供應鏈績效。 本研究從台灣排名前 1000 家製造商中蒐集了 102 份有效問卷。結果表明跨組織資 訊系統能力與供應鏈隨機應變沒有直接影響,而是會透過組織間留神覺知和組織間記憶 進一步影響到供應鏈隨機應變,最終提升供應鏈績效。另一項結果表示,跨組織資訊系 統能力雖然可以影響到組織間商業智慧使用,但不會透過組織間商業智慧使用影響到供 應鏈隨機應變。本研究對供應鏈管理者在實踐提升供應鏈績效上具有一定的參考價值。;In turbulent business environments, supply chains need to become “intelligent” to respond to unexpected events. This study conceptualizes intelligence into three orientations: past (memories), present (mindfulness) and future (business intelligence use). We argue that firms and supply chain partners, through IOS, can have rich and common memories to better understand the current supply chain situation and keep an eye on changes in the supply chain environment to make the best decisions for the current situation. At the same time, supply chain managers can use BI to obtain information from different perspectives to enhance their strategy formulation. Therefore, this study investigates how IOS capability can influence supply chain improvisation through interfirm business intelligence use, interfirm mindfulness and interfirm memories to ultimately improve supply chain performance. This study collected a total of 102 valid questionnaires from the top 1,000 manufacturers in Taiwan. The results show that IOS capability does not have a direct impact on supply chain improvisation, but can affect supply chain improvisation through interfirm mindfulness and interfirm memories, ultimately improving supply chain performance. Another result indicates that while IOS capabilities can influence interfirm business intelligence use, it does not influence supply chain improvisation through interfirm business intelligence use. This study provides insights for supply chain managers in their practice of improving supply chain performance.
