資訊科技推動文明的進步和生活水準提高,從網際網路到電子商務以及雲端技術,科技迅速發展為人類生活帶來便利,也突破許多傳統思考以及運作,網際網路的大眾化改變了消費者購物模式,以消費者為服務對象之企業,因擁有大量的個人資料,存在個資外洩之風險,企業如何因應個資保護的要求,是目前多數企業在營運發展上面臨的管理議題。 本研究以個案研究法探討企業發展個資保護管理實務,訂定兩個研究問題:(1)了解企業關注個資保護議題之影響因素。(2)探討電商平台供應商發展個資保護管理制度後的效益。 本研究透過深度訪談收集資料,研究結果發現,個資保護管理制度之發展,有助於企業強化營運管理,並提升競爭優勢,而內部稽核制度與營運活動之結合,持續改善的運作機制可有效管理企業風險,並掌握法律遵循的落實程度。 ;Information technology has made enormous progress and improve people′s standard of living. From the internet to eCommerce and cloud technology, the rapid development of technology has brought convenience to human life, and it has also broken many traditional thinking and operations. The popularization of the internet has changed consumer shopping patterns. Enterprises that serve consumers have a large amount of personal data and faced the risks of personal information leakage. How to respond to the requirements of personal information protection is the main issue of business management for most enterprises now. This research uses a case study method to explore the management mechanism of personal information protection for enterprise and formulates two research questions. (1) To discuss the benefits of eCommerce marketplace suppliers after developing the personal information protection management mechanism. (2) To provide advice on the protection and management of personal information of eCommerce marketplace suppliers. This research collects data through in-depth interviews. The research results show that the development of personal information protection management system can help enterprises to strengthen operational management and enhance their competitive advantages. The combination of internal audit system and operational activities, and continuous improvement of the operational mechanism can effectively manage the organizational risk and understand the extent to which legal compliance is enforced.
