;Mindfulness is the foundation of Buddhist theory. It refers to calm and deep observation of everything that is happening in the present moment. This is done in order to see clearly the suffering within and around oneself. Only by understanding suffering can we know how to free ourselves from suffering and generate happiness. This research explores the "mindfulness" of Thich Nhat Hanh and the enlightenment of mindfulness to education through the works of Thich Nhat Hanh. By understanding the life of Thich Nhat Hanh and the core spirit of Buddhism he advocated for joining the World, we will explore the key core of "mindfulness" proposed by him. The concept of mindfulness proposed by Thich Nhat Hanh is simply, anytime, anywhere, and ubiquitous practice. Through mindful breathing, the mind and body are connected, the consciousness that may be scattered can be recalled, and “awareness” and “consciousness” are always maintained.
