Abstract:	本計畫為跨領域學習、專業英語能力培養、其學習成效及就業力關係之研究。將採「畢業學生流向調查」與「學生在校成績」資料庫及其合併檔進行分析，主要目的在於探討學子接受跨領域、專業領域語言能力培養的影響因素、修讀相關課程的學習成效及就業力等問題。第一年將進行資料整理、彙整與串聯，並以視覺分析法、基礎統計檢定法進行議題分析。第二年針對各議題設定計量模型，進行迴歸分析；並擬定不同跨領域、專業英語能力，預測就業表現。基於高教體系積極推動上述能力之培養，了解培養這些能力的決定因子、修讀相關課程的學習成效，及其對就業力的影響應該十分重要。期冀透過本計畫，提出促進高學歷者跨領域技能與專業英語能力提昇的政策建議。
