Abstract:	計畫試圖對如何有效管理與整合方案有所指引，因而有助於在一個變動的環境裡實現推動方案應能產生的效益。計畫專注於影響整合團隊雙元能力的因素以建立研究的理論模型。計畫期能對一般方案管理的領域與較具針對性的方案整合團隊的議題在學理與實務管理作法上做出貢獻，研究的結果也應能作為未來探究方案管理相關議題的基礎。
