    Abstract: 本研究以筆記型電腦代工產業為例,建立運輸選擇最佳化模型,以減少運輸成本、
    提高客戶滿意度和競爭力。在現今全球化的市場中,物流成為了企業競爭的重要因素
    之一。如何在確保及時交付給客戶的同時,減少運輸成本,進而提升客戶滿意度和競
    爭力,是筆記型電腦代工廠需要解決的難題。因此,本研究旨在建立一個最佳化模型,
    以幫助企業更節省及有效率的運輸。
    本研究使用數學模型方式進行運輸方式的選擇,以達到客戶要求的達交天數內交
    付貨物,同時確保成本控制得更加精準並達到運輸成本最小化的目標。透過數學模型
    的驗證,結果顯示最佳化模型確實可以有效地節省運輸成本。通過重新安排運輸方式,
    所得到的結果使運輸成本節省並且提高交貨效率,提供有價值的參考。通過所提出的
    最佳化模型,企業可以做出更明智的決策,減少運輸成本,提升客戶滿意度和競爭力。;This study aims to establish a transport mode selection optimization model for the notebook PC production industry to reduce transportation costs, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance competitiveness. In today′s global market, logistics has become a crucial factor in enterprise competition. The challenge for the notebook PC production industry is to reduce transportation costs while ensuring timely delivery to customers, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and competitiveness. Therefore, this study aims to establish an optimization model to assist enterprises in managing their transportation more efficiently and cost-effectively.

    We use a mathematical model to select the transportation mode that meets customer requirements for delivery within a specified number of days, while ensuring more precise cost control and minimizing transportation costs. The validation of the mathematical model shows that the optimization model can effectively reduce transportation costs. By rearranging transportation modes, transportation costs can be saved while ensuring delivery efficiency within the specified date. The results of this study provide valuable reference for the notebook PC production industry in transportation mode selection and arrangement. Additionally, decision-makers can make more cost-effective decisions more quickly through the proposed optimization model.
